The “Surveys” section is designed to gather your feedback and suggestions about the company’s performance, as well as to assess individual and team competencies.
On the main page, you will see the surveys assigned to you by the administrator.
Let’s review both types of surveys separately.
1. Survey
It is designed to collect feedback and analyze employee satisfaction levels.
You need to answer the questions to help improve the company’s performance and working conditions. Your responses will be used for analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Question formats:
1) Rating on a scale from 1 to 10.
2) Select one or more.
3) Text answer.
Once you have answered all the questions, you need to click the “Finish survey” button, and it will no longer appear in the list of available surveys.
2. Performance Review
This is designed to analyze employee performance, assess the level of goals achieved, and identify opportunities for improving productivity and development.
You will be presented with questions in the form of multiple-choice tests, but you will need to select only one answer, or there may be questions requiring a text response.
It is important to note that the performance review can be used not only to assess your competencies but also to evaluate the work of your colleagues.
