The “Knowledge Base” section is designed for storing and organizing company documents and materials. It is a place where employees can access necessary and up-to-date information.
Employees can only view files that the administrator has granted access to.
The main page displays documents accessible to employees, as well as the organizational structure of your company.
1. Organizational structure
To view the company's structure, click on "Organizational structure of the company" After that, a list of departments and employees will open up, where you can get acquainted with each department and its composition.
2. Documents
Text documents and files in PDF format are stored in the knowledge base.
Text documents can be viewed directly on the platform by opening them to familiarize yourself with the content. Documents may also be available in multiple languages.
If the document is in PDF format, it can only be downloaded to your device, as viewing it on the platform is not available. To download, click on the file name, and the download will start automatically.
