1. Creating

To create a review, click the “Add review” button.

A window will appear where you can either select a ready-made option prepared by our specialists or create your own custom review.

2. Review Structure

Let’s create an example review called “Individual Productivity and Development

Review consists of three sections: Questions, Participants, and Settings.

1) Section: Questions

This section allows you to create, edit, and customize a list of questions used to evaluate employee performance.

To start creating the survey, click on “Add New Question” and select the type of question.

Skill - you can add questions prepared by our specialists, where participants can select one answer.

Text anwer

Formulate your own questions that participants will need to answer in written form.

(For example, add the question: “How would you evaluate your ability to independently solve problems?”)

Each question has additional options. To access them, click on the hexagon icon to the right of the question.

Required question

When this option is enabled, answering the question becomes required. The employee will not be able to complete the review without providing an answer to this question.

Question Description

This option allows you to add additional information or explanations to a question in the survey.

Questions can be rearranged by dragging them up or down using this icon.

If needed, questions can be deleted by clicking on the trash bin icon.

2) Section: Participants

In this section, we add employees who will participate in the review.

You can add individuals, groups, or departments.

To assign participants, click on the “Add Participants” button.

In this section, you can choose the type of review:

Self review – The employee evaluates their own performance.

Manager – The employee’s performance is evaluated by their direct manager.

Direct reports – The employee’s performance is evaluated by their subordinates.

Peers – The employee’s performance is evaluated by their colleagues.

You can choose one or more review types or all of them together for a 360-degree review:

A 360-degree review includes all these types and provides the most comprehensive analysis of the employee’s performance from different perspectives.

3) Section: Settings

In this section, you can change the name of the review, add its description, and set the start date and duration of the review.

Additionally, there is an option to set the survey recurrence frequency. This allows the survey to be automatically repeated after a specified period of time.

The system provides hints that help you understand what needs to be added in order for the survey to be successfully launched.

3. Skills

In this section, you will find all the questions for review prepared by our specialists.

However, you can also add your own questions, which you can later include when creating review.

To create your own sliks, click on the “Add Skill” button.
