The “Reports” section gathers data from all functional areas of the platform.

It provides the ability to track employee satisfaction levels, their performance in training courses, monitor task completion, and assess the effectiveness of work across different departments.

1. eNPS Analysis

eNPS helps measure employee satisfaction and their loyalty to the company. You can view the overall average score across all employees, as well as use filters to display results for specific departments, groups, etc.

2. Employee Engagement

This refers to the level of motivation, interest, and emotional attachment employees have to their work and the company, which impacts productivity and the overall success of the organization.

For convenience, you can track the level of employee engagement across different categories.

If you select a specific category, you can navigate to the summary page for a detailed view of the scores and review the questions related to that category.

3. Company сhanges

If there are questions about changes in the company in the surveys, a corresponding report will be generated.

Here, you can also view the scores and questions related to this category.

4. Heatmap

This is a visual tool that displays data in the form of color-coded blocks, helping to quickly assess metrics and identify trends, problematic areas, or successful zones based on the intensity of the color.

For convenience, a filter is available that allows you to sort the data and view information based on selected parameters.

5. Categories

This page presents a unified list of all categories and their respective questions.
